The NDIA Business Institute (BI) is the professional education and training arm of the National Defense Industrial Association. Our mission is to strengthen the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) by delivering practical, mission-aligned education that empowers individuals and organizations to thrive in the complex world of defense acquisition and contracting. 

The BI is distinct in its focus on defense outcomes, built-in trust, and access to a broad community of government and industry leaders.

We continue building a flexible, forward-leaning curriculum that addresses the critical needs of today’s defense workforce—while preparing for tomorrow’s demands. These five core pillars shape our approach to program design and signal the areas where we are actively developing new content, partnerships, and instructor-led experiences.
